We secured the design and build contract for the construction of a full size sand dressed synthetic grass hockey pitch with a spectator area, black twin bar fencing & floodlighting.
In addition to this Winterfold House required the construction of two porous macadam tennis and netball courts with black twin bar fencing and floodlighting, access pathways and access road.
During the construction of the pitch and courts approximately 20,000 tonnes of sub base aggregates were imported and spread across the site.
The new pitch and courts were completed in a live school environment. O’Brien ensured communication with the client was paramount to ensure the project was completed within the 14 week timeframe and to the required budget.
