From our base in the small village of Cubbington, just outside Leamington Spa, we have been a part of the Midlands development and construction industry since 1958 when the company was founded by Tom O’Brien, the father of our current Directors, Peter and Mick O’Brien.

With a turnover in the region of £30 million and individual contract values up to £11 million, we have seen considerable growth in recent years following a successful diversification programme and drive to employ, retain and develop the best talent in the construction sector.
