The building itself comprises of 3 independent 3 storey buildings linked by 2 new atriums and are finished in high quality glazing, brick, timber and steel.
Our works consisted of earthworks services, including the cut and fill of 5,000m3 of existing material to generate a level plateau on a sloping site, 300m3 of reinforced concrete into foundations, with a further 500m3 of reinforced concrete floor slabs.
We also carried out 600 linear metres of storm drainage up to 4m deep, 250 linear metres of foul drainage up to 4.5m deep, all connected to existing main drainage system adjoining site and 1000 linear metres of services.
Externally, 5,000m2 of hard landscaping consisting of tarmac and high quality paving / kerbing installed with an additional 2,000m2 of soft landscaping, various paving features, including steps and installation of street furniture.
