We worked with Bourne Parking on the construction of a £2.5 million multi-storey steel framed car park at Warwick Parkway Station, Warwickshire. Our £300k contract took approximately 13 weeks to complete and opened ahead of schedule.
The project schedule worked to a tight programme and it was important that we met their working deadlines in order for the project to be completed on time. Our work consisted of foundations, a retaining wall and external works including tarmac surfacing, permeable paving and light landscaping.
The new car parking facility will meet a higher demand for commuting and allow for an additional 222 car parking spaces at the station.
