We review training plans regularly to keep them up-to-date and to make sure they include new starters, as well as making provision for refresher training for more experienced workers.
There are no limits or boundaries in terms of progression within the company; we encourage everyone to take a proactive approach to their job, to put themselves forward for training that will develop their skills and discuss ways in which they can advance their career.
